Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual with a knack for discovering talented seafarers? We're looking for a skilled and motivated Recruiter who is going to be responsible for delivering the selection process of crew and collaborating with the FLC Marine hiring managers. The crew are part of FLC Marine, and the position will report to the Crew Manager.

Who is FLC?

Femern Link Contractors, FLC, is the joint venture responsible for the design and construction of the immersed tunnel, tunnel portals and ramps. Our joint venture consists of nine international construction companies with individual experience in large infrastructure projects.

Together, we are committed to working together to deliver a state-of-the-art immersed tunnel, portals and ramps, delivered on time and safely, in a sustainable and ethical manner.

 Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Review online applications, evaluate qualifications of both internal and external candidates, conduct pre-screen interviews to analyse candidate experience and fit, coordinate pre-employment tests if needed, and develop a short list of potential candidates.
  • Support in screening CVs and tracking information, relaying screening feedback to both candidates and agencies
  • Develop and execute on innovative approaches to identifying and engaging talent to maintain a robust pipeline for Marine needs
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage communications between applicants, hiring managers and others to keep all parties apprised of the status of each search
  • Updating online job postings on various job boards
  • Assist with onboarding when needed

Profile requirements:

  • +3 years proven work experience as a recruiter
  • LinkedIn Recruiter experience
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Teams and structured)
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
  • Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office
  • A high level of confidentiality
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Tact and diplomacy
  • A digital native who enjoys and skillfully navigates interactions with candidates via social media
  • Advanced English level

Conditions of employment:

FLC considers transparent management structures, short decision-making channels, and a team-oriented environment to be extremely important. Our staff is expected to set themselves targets, achieve them independently, and take responsibility for their actions – irrespective of their position in the company. 

The Danish Salaried Employees Act (Funktionærloven) applies, pension, health insurance and lunch arrangement are available.

The workplace will be Rødby (Denmark).
