Invoice & Office Administrator for RWE Wind Services in Rødby – 3 months temporary position

On behalf of our client RWE Wind Services, we're looking for someone who is motivated by invoicing work and takes pride in getting things in order and getting things done.

The position is a temporary 3 month engagement spanning from November 1st 2023 until the 29th February 2024.

In this role, you will be working with

· Coordination of the invoice approval workflow, release of invoices (inside and outside SAP). Invoice verification and processing in SAP.

· Administration and coordination of Purchase Requisition (PR), monthly tracking of PR´s

· Commercial interface to wind farm team and commercial support functions (such as Accounting, Controlling, etc.), advisory support regarding commercial processes (coordination/alignment of PR process, invoicing)

· Point of contact to vendors for inquiries of status of invoice and payment

· General Office Support – being first contact for administrative inquiries.

Together with 2 colleagues, you will form the office administration team that provides administrative service to the rest of the staff. The work environment is informal and there is room for laughs.

Competences & Skills

· Great communication skills. You are a collaborator, and you have no problem reaching out when you need someone to assist or comply.

· Proficiency in the SAP suite is advantageous but not required.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and a general flair for IT

· Proficiency in English (must have) and Danish (Nice to have)

· Capable of working in a fast past and dynamic work environment. You have a strong drive, and you are able to take full ownership of given tasks

Working hours: The position can be handled working 30 or 37 hours a week, depending on your wishes. Most days will be spent at the office but working from home is possible on a limited basis.

Salary: Based on qualifications.

Office location: Vestre Kaj 6, 4970 Rødby.
