Do you want to be a part of a very complex and exciting building project? We are currently looking for an experienced and self-motivated Process Engineer. This is a position for a generalist capable of simultaneously managing processes related to multiple and very different areas.

About us:

FLC is the Joint Venture in charge of the design and construction of the longest immersed tunnel in the world at 18 kilometers. It’s a very complex project consisting of Tunnel North Contract & Tunnel South Contract (TUN) and the Tunnel Portal and Ramps Contract (TPR).

The project offers a varied everyday life in a multicultural, fast-growing organization, where personal, social, and working development is encouraged.

Key tasks:

As Process Coordinator you will support the SAC (Site Access Control) & Process Management department on:

  • Check and update databases, mailing lists and organization of information.
  • Create, update and review FLC documentation and templates according to FLC standards.
  • Maintain consistency among platforms, databases, lists and general information.
  • Coordinate the onboarding and welcoming processes of companies and employees.
  • Coordinate the correct implementation of processes in the SAC System, including administrator tasks.
  • Document real-time MoM.
  • Administration and support of SAC System, both for Access Control and Project support.
  • Assist in the use and support of different programs (Access Control, Outlook, Teams, ThinkProject!, MS Office, Dermat, etc). FLC handles dozens of applications and platforms.
  • Assist with phone calls and general administrative duties.

Required qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in management or coordination of employees.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction, engineering projects, process engineering or big corporations.
  • Strong collaboration, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong writing and IT skills for preparation of procedures.
  • Proficiency in UK English. This is crucial for written documentation.
  • Problem-solving and initiative is highly valued.

Secondary qualifications (not required, but seen as advantage):

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management or any other area that includes the mentioned qualifications.
  • Knowledge of other project languages, especially German.
  • Proficiency as system administrator.

Conditions of employment:

The Danish Salaried Employees Act (Funktionærloven) applies, pension, health insurance and lunch arrangement are available.

Starting date: As soon as possible.

Workplace: Lolland with travel activities to Copenhagen and Fehmarn. Although most of the tasks are office tasks, weekly site tasks are required.
