Do you want to be a part of a very complex and exciting building project? We are currently looking for a self-motivated SAC (Site Access Control) Administrator to manage system registrations and perform site inspections of Access Points.

About us:

FLC is the Joint Venture in charge of the design and construction of the longest immersed tunnel in the world at 18 kilometers. It’s a very complex project consisting of Tunnel North Contract & Tunnel South Contract (TUN) and the Tunnel Portal and Ramps Contract (TPR).

The project offers a varied everyday life in a multicultural, fast-growing organization, where personal, social, and working development is encouraged.

Key tasks:

As SAC Administrator you will support the SAC (Site Access Control) & Process Management department on:

  • Daily SAC System Administration. Reporting bugs and needed settings changes.
  • Daily Support by shared email and phone. First point of contact for daily operation: creation, approvals, requesting missing information, etc. (all system active tools), including team coordination when necessary.
  • Daily inspection and control of Access Points status, both through the System and on-site.
  • Daily reports.
  • Support of FLC electrical and mechanical teams during reparations.
  • SAC Misuses administration.
  • Site-deliveries administration.
  • Coordination and training of FLC Security team.
  • Coordination of maintenance, repairs, and insurance claims.
  • Control of GDPR data in System, through excel exports and of recorded surveillance.
  • Data processing and deletion.
  • Updates of FLC procedures and documentation.

Required qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction, engineering projects or big corporations.
  • IT Proficiency on MS package, especially Teams and Excel.
  • Strong collaboration, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency as system administrator.
  • Proficiency in UK English.
  • Problem-solving and initiative is highly valued.

Secondary qualifications (not required, but one or more are seen as advantage):

  • Proficiency in electrical and/or mechanical repairs.
  • Proficiency in consistency checks and advance use of MS applications.
  • Proficiency in writing and updating company documents.
  • Knowledge of other project languages.
  • Knowledge of process engineering.

Conditions of employment:

The Danish Salaried Employees Act (Funktionærloven) applies, pension, health insurance and lunch arrangement are available.

Starting date: As soon as possible.

Workplace: Lolland with travel activities to Fehmarn. Variable working hours divided into office tasks and site tasks.
