Who is FLC?

Femern Link Contractors (FLC) is a dynamic joint venture responsible for the design and construction of the world's longest immersed tunnel and the longest tunnel for both road and rail traffic. Our joint venture consists of nine internationally renowned construction companies, each bringing valuable experience in large infrastructure projects.

Key activities:

As a Quality Engineer at FLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects. Your key activities will include:

  • Establishing, implementing, and maintaining our Quality Management System at all levels of the organization.
  • Support the Project Management Team and Process Owners in all quality management matters, and perform audits throughout the project lifecycle. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive audit schedule, coordinating all parties involved, and conducting audits as a lead or co-auditor.
  • Review audit inputs, develop audit plans, checklists, reports, and non-conformance reports. It will be your responsibility to monitor audit findings and ensure timely closure.
  • Support the FLC team in defining corrective actions and participate in their communication by establishing good practices and quality alerts.

Skills and experience:

  • To succeed in this position, you should have experience in quality management, including audits.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and innovative skills are essential. Good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently, are necessary.
  • You should possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, and thrive in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders is crucial, as is demonstrating a personal commitment to quality.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English is a requirement, and Danish and German language skills would be advantageous.
