Join our dynamic IT organization as an IT Supporter.
FLC is a leading company in the construction industry, and we are currently seeking an IT Supporter to join our team in Rødbyhavn. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our colleagues through our helpdesk, assisting with software, hardware, PC, network, and server-related issues.
As an IT Supporter, you will be located in our office in Rødbyhavn, but you may also be required to provide support in our large-scale construction site in Germany. Your daily work will involve wearing full personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety clothing, as well as working in sometimes dirty environments.
You will be part of a strong and professional team that values flexibility, trust, and freedom with responsibility. Our work environment is fast-paced and unpredictable, but we pride ourselves on our informal and supportive culture.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Providing support for physical network components such as switches, UPS, and access points.
- Installing and configuring images and printers.
- Assisting with software-related issues, including a wide range of tools and Microsoft products.
- Handling user administration tasks.
We primarily use Microsoft servers, clients, and Office 365, as well as other tools such as ManageEngine and Unify. Our IT infrastructure consists of a mix of in-house servers and cloud services.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have several years of experience in IT support or a strong passion for IT support. An IT support education or similar experience is preferred, but not required. Strong communication skills, proactiveness, and a high level of customer support are essential, as much of the communication will be conducted in English.
