Who is FLC?

Femern Link Contractors (FLC) is a dynamic joint venture responsible for the design and construction of the world's longest immersed tunnel and the longest tunnel for both road and rail traffic. Our joint venture consists of nine internationally renowned construction companies, each bringing valuable experience in large infrastructure projects.

The TE systems are part of the scope of the Marine team as temporary measures to facilitate the immersion of the elements.

There will be interfaces with the Automation Engineer, several supervisors and the Barge Master of the Immersion Pontoon. The role is land-based. Furthermore, you will:

  • Monitor alarm systems closely.
  • Distinguish actual and false alerts.
  • Prioritize alerts given by system.
  • Coordinate appropriate response to alerts.
  • Report events and activities.
  • Possible supervision of fault maintenance.

Personal skills and experience:

  • Reading SCADA systems.
  • Ability to respond calm during emergency/contingency scenarios.
  • Independently take action after system alerts.
  • Well organized.
  • Has experience with faults maintenance.
  • Willing to work in shifts and at irregular hours.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English is a requirement.
