- Central position to oversee and operate various control systems (i.e. fire alarms, ventilation) inside the tunnel according to internal operation procedures.
- Monitoring activities inside the tunnel and communicating with various teams and assisting the PAW Coordinators in traffic and logistics coordination.
- In case of emergency, raising alarms, initiating emergency responses (for example the deployment of the First Response Team (FRT) or the evacuation of the tunnel) and coordinating external emergency services.
Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of experience within the field.
- Preferably experience in construction, installations (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, architectural trades) and/or in emergency services/coordination (police, fire fighters, ambulance, military).
- Capable of managing stressful situations.
- Good capability of reading, understanding and following procedures.
- Good technical understanding and curiosity.
- Experience in problem solving.
- Flexibility to quickly adapt to different situations.
- Excellent oral and written Danish and English skills (German is a plus).
Conditions of employment:
FLC considers transparent management structures, short decision-making channels, and a team-oriented environment to be extremely important. Our staff is expected to set themselves targets, achieve them independently, and take responsibility for their actions – irrespective of their position in the company.
The Danish Salaried Employees Act (Funktionærloven) applies, pension, health insurance and lunch arrangement are available.
Workplace will be Rødbyhavn.
