Femern Link Contractors, FLC, is the joint venture responsible for the design and construction of the immersed tunnel, tunnel portals and ramps. Our joint venture consists of nine international construction companies with individual experience in large infrastructure projects.

About the department:

The Risk and Reporting Department at FLC plays a key role in supporting transparent , data driven reporting and risk decision making on a large infrastucture project. The department also generates accurate and timly reports tailored to the needs of the project and stakeholder/s enabling effective goverance and compliance. For the reporting officer vacancy, responsibilities encompass maintaining records producing insightful reports, supporting the risk process and facilitating proactive communications between all levels of the project. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex data using Excel, Power BI and other advanced tools and a basic understanding of risk management

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Collects project data (progress, hours, key information etc)

  • Analyzes data for trends, variances and areas needing management focus

  • Creates and shares periodic project status reports, including dashboards and KPIs such that PMT members could see their trends and take actions

  • Ensure timeliness of such reports

  • Reporting Risk / Support for risk management

  • Maintains organized records of project activities and documents

  • Ensures records meet regulatory and project standards

  • Ensures reporting adheres to policies, client requirements, and regulations

  • Provides documentation for audits as needed

  • Identifies and documents issues, delays, or non-compliance

  • Escalates critical issues to project management and tracks resolutions

  • Prepares stakeholder-specific reports

  • Presents reports in meetings and incorporates feedback

  • Prepares and distributes FLC reports (daily weekly, monthly)

  • Compiles information from the Project Management Team (PMT), Owners and Partners

  • Ensures compliance with Reporting GMP

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent: Associates degree or relevant certification

  • Previous experience in a administrative, office support and / or reporting role

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proficiency in Office software (e.g Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced Excel if possible and Power BI)

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Attension to detail and problem sloving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
